I'm already sore and my workout was only a few hours ago. The Turbo Fire workouts are definitely best done in a good. I struggle with the Turbo videos when I am working out on my own. I sweat a lot, so water is very important to make it through the workout. I definitely felt energized once the workout was done but got stiff really quickly from siting in the car on the drive home. Next time, I think I'll stretch some more before getting in the car.
