So now that I'm feeling better and am ready to get my butt back into gear. I restarted my C25K Program. I didn't want to start where I left off because I had gone so long without a run.
So this morning, I got up early (and only snoozed 1x -- a total accomplishment) and started over at W1D1. To switch things up again, I went with the Podrunner instead of the Ullrey podcast. Still figuring out which works best for me... I may just keep using both :) I'm getting it done! Oh Yeah!
