I know I know, I'm starting to complicate myself a bit much with the mini schedules within the larger grand scheme of things. Basically, I am currently in the middle of a 3-Day Shakeology Cleanse in the midst of my Round 2 Workout schedule. It'll all go back to "normal" after Christmas. I'm just trying to pre-battle the holiday bulge. I think I'm doing okay.

So Tuesday morning I woke up early to do my HIIT 20 Turbo Fire Workout. I was still half asleep which is not necessarily the best time to do a HIIT workout. I had to do the workout low impact because my brain was still a bit cobwebby from waking up a few minutes earlier. Even with the low impact, I could still feel my heart rate jump up during the workout. I would definitely like to try this workout straight up as intended but that will have to wait for another day.
Even though I did my morning workout, I still rocked it out at night with Allan and Thomas on Tuesday night. Of course, in P-fashion, I was so worried about my rain gear that I forgot my workout gear at home. I was able to scrounge up a T-shirt, sweatshirt, and socks but alas I had to borrow a pair of shorts (which Tom generously lent to the cause). But workout I did and sweat my tush off I did. I'm sure the extra sweating was part workout part sweatshirt (I guess that's why they call them sweatshirts). HA!!!!
