Round 2, Day 16

Dive Bomber Push Ups
Nothing like starting a new workout video to make you feel all blubbery and weak.  I got WORKED tonight by Total Body Plus.  This workout is no joke.  The warm up includes Dive Bombers.  You don't really see Dive Bombers in P90X until the last few weeks.  So you start off with Dive Bombers and it gets harder from there.  It was a great workout but I felt very out of shape.  This is compounded by the fact that I've come off my knees during push ups.  During my first round of P90X I did all of my push ups on my knees.  My goal for Round 2 is to get off of my knees, which of course means I can't do as many as I'm used to.  I'm getting there, it's a slow battle but it's working; I'm happy;  and, I'm already a little sore from tonight's workout- JOY!

  1. I can't do those push-ups - I can't seem to make my body 'wave' like that.

  2. Mine are a bit wobbly but I'm getting better :)
