Back on the wagon and definitely feeling it in the back, arms, tush. I guess this is what I get for restarting my workout regime with a kick butt session of Kenpo Cardio Plus. I am WIPED OUT but feeling good. I'm actually pumped to get back into my groove! So here we go: Day 19 (a little delayed but hey I'm getting there). It's a work in progress. At least that is what I keep telling myself!
