So on my rest day (I'm still recovering from Core 2 from yesterday), I looked high and low for my P90X Fit Test. I understand the need for a benchmark. How do you know you have crossed the finish line if you don't even know where to start?
I gave up on the P90X Fit Test and found my Turbo Fire Journal. I realized I never really started it and so I filled in my Day 1 (hey any day can be a Day 1) and here we go. Not an "official" Fit Test but it gives me a benchmark and I think that counts! :)
